A fab performance as usual. To a generation of British gay men Dame Shirley is the orignal icon/diva. I suppose the US equivialent would be Striesand or Midler. Nice posting Mason.

ReplyDeleteFantastic! Right on! This is real unbridled talent which stands in sharp contrast to, as you mentioned, those untalented auto-tune whores; I would add to that list lipsynch whores such as Britney Spears.
ReplyDeleteWow, I can't believe I've never heard of this song before. I think I'm going to learn and perfect this song this summer, could use as a great audition piece.
